Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in the Hosting Mammoth Affiliate Partner Program. By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these terms.

The Affiliate Partner Program ("Program") is open to individuals and businesses who register through the official application process. By enrolling, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Enrollment is subject to review and approval at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to reject any application without providing a reason. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.
Each affiliate is assigned a unique referral code and tracking link upon approval. You may not transfer, sell, or share your affiliate account credentials with any third party.
We may require additional identity verification at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, or tax documentation.
The Program offers two commission tiers. The Standard Tier provides a 10% lifetime recurring commission on all qualifying purchases made by referred customers, plus a $10 one-time bonus per qualified referral. The Pro Tier provides a 15% lifetime recurring commission and the same $10 one-time bonus, and is available to affiliates who refer 21 or more customers within a single calendar month.
Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the net revenue (excluding taxes, discounts, refunds, and chargebacks) generated by referred customers. Commission rates and tier thresholds may be modified with 30 days written notice.
"Lifetime recurring" means commissions are paid for as long as the referred customer maintains an active, paid subscription. If a referred customer cancels and later resubscribes, commissions resume only if the resubscription occurs within 90 days of cancellation.
Tier status is evaluated monthly. If your referral count drops below the Pro Tier threshold for three consecutive months, your commission rate may revert to the Standard Tier.
A "Qualified Referral" is a new customer who: (a) clicks your unique affiliate tracking link or uses your referral code, (b) registers for an account within the cookie tracking window (default: 90 days), (c) completes a first qualifying purchase, and (d) is not a pre-existing customer or a customer previously referred by another affiliate.
Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. You may not use your own referral link or code to purchase services for yourself, your immediate family members, or entities you own or control.
If a potential referral clicks multiple affiliate links, the last-click attribution model applies. The affiliate whose link was clicked most recently before the purchase will receive credit.
We employ automated fraud detection to identify suspicious patterns, including but not limited to cookie stuffing, click fraud, incentivized clicks, and fake account creation. Any referral flagged by our fraud detection system may be invalidated.
Commissions enter a 90-day holding period from the date of the qualifying purchase. This allows for potential refunds, chargebacks, or account cancellations to be accounted for. After the holding period, commissions are marked as "approved" and become eligible for payout.
Payouts are processed on the 15th of each month for all approved commissions accrued by the end of the previous month. The minimum payout threshold is $50 USD. If your approved balance is below this threshold, it carries over to the next payout cycle.
Payout methods are account balance credit, PayPal and bank transfer, as offered in your affiliate dashboard. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details in your affiliate dashboard. We are not responsible for payments sent to incorrect details provided by you.
All commissions are paid in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing. Transaction fees charged by the payment provider (if any) are the responsibility of the affiliate. You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on your affiliate earnings.
You must promote our services honestly and ethically. All marketing materials, reviews, and recommendations must be truthful and not misleading. You must comply with all applicable laws, including FTC disclosure requirements and GDPR where applicable.
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in any content where you promote our services, in accordance with FTC guidelines and equivalent regulations in your jurisdiction.
The following promotional methods are strictly prohibited: (a) brand bidding or using our trademarks in PPC/SEM advertising, (b) sending unsolicited commercial email (spam), (c) cookie stuffing or using hidden iframes, (d) making false claims about our products or services, (e) using coupon or deal sites without prior written approval, (f) any promotion on websites containing illegal, hateful, or adult content.
You may use approved marketing materials provided in your affiliate dashboard. Custom marketing materials must be submitted for approval before use. We reserve the right to request removal of any content that violates these terms or misrepresents our brand.
Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, any approved and unpaid commissions above the minimum payout threshold will be paid in the next regular payout cycle.
We may immediately terminate your affiliate account without notice for: (a) fraud or suspected fraud, (b) violation of these terms, (c) conduct that damages our brand or reputation, (d) inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, or (e) providing false information in your application.
Upon termination for cause (fraud, terms violation, or brand damage), all pending and unpaid commissions are forfeited. We reserve the right to pursue legal action for damages caused by fraudulent activity.
Termination of the Program does not affect commissions already paid, which shall be considered final unless obtained through fraud.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered affiliate email address and posted on this page at least 30 days before taking effect.
Your continued participation in the Program after the effective date of any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must terminate your participation before the effective date.
Commission rate changes will not apply retroactively to commissions already earned or in the holding period at the time of the change.
Our total liability to you under this Program shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding any claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
We do not guarantee any minimum level of earnings. Your income from the Program depends entirely on your promotional efforts and the purchasing decisions of the customers you refer.
We are not responsible for tracking failures caused by the referred user disabling cookies, using ad-blocking software, or clearing their browser data before completing a purchase.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from or related to the Program shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the operator's jurisdiction, except where prohibited by law.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
