How to Request an Affiliate Payout

Once your affiliate commissions have cleared the holding period and are available in your balance, you can request a payout. This guide explains how to set up your payment method, request a withdrawal, and understand the payout process.

Payout Eligibility

Before you can request a payout, your earnings must meet these criteria:

• Minimum balance — Your available balance must meet or exceed the minimum payout threshold (check your affiliate dashboard for the current minimum).
• Cleared commissions — Only approved commissions that have passed the holding period are eligible. Pending commissions are not yet available.
• Verified account — Your payment details must be complete and verified.

Setting Up Your Payment Method

Log in to your Data Mammoth dashboard.

Navigate to Affiliate Program > Settings or Payment Settings.

Select your preferred payment method:

Enter the required payment details.

Click Save.

How to Request a Payout

Navigate to Affiliate Program > Payouts or Earnings.

Review your available balance.

Click Request Payout or Withdraw.

Payout Processing Time

• On-demand — Request a payout whenever your balance meets the minimum threshold.
• Scheduled — Some programs also offer automatic monthly payouts if your balance exceeds the threshold.

Viewing Payout History

Track all your past payouts:

Go to Affiliate Program > Payouts or Payment History.

View a log of all completed and pending payouts, including:

- Payout date - Amount - Payment method - Status (processing, completed, failed) - Transaction reference

Troubleshooting Payout Issues

Payout Request Not Available

• Balance below minimum — Earn more commissions to reach the payout threshold.
• Pending commissions — Wait for commissions to clear the holding period.
• Missing payment details — Complete your payment setup in affiliate settings.

Payout Failed

• Incorrect PayPal email — Verify the email matches your PayPal account exactly.
• Bank details incorrect — Double-check account number, routing number, and SWIFT code.
• Account closed — Ensure your payment account is active and can receive funds.
