As your reseller business grows, you may need to bring on team members to help manage clients, handle support, or oversee billing. The Data Mammoth reseller dashboard supports multi-user access with role-based permissions, so each team member has access to exactly what they need — nothing more, nothing less.

Security Best Practices
Team Communication
For effective team collaboration:
- Establish processes — Document how your team handles client requests, support escalation, and service provisioning.
- Use internal notes — If available, add internal notes to client accounts that are visible to your team but not to clients.
- Regular meetings — Hold brief team meetings to discuss client issues, upcoming renewals, and operational improvements.
- Shared documentation — Maintain guides and standard operating procedures for common tasks.
Scaling Your Team
As your client base grows, consider these staffing milestones:
| Clients | Recommended Team |
|---|---|
| 1 to 20 | Owner only |
| 20 to 50 | Owner + 1 support agent |
| 50 to 100 | Owner + 2 support agents + billing manager |
| 100+ | Full team with administrators, support, and billing |
