Your Data Mammoth dashboard is the central hub for managing every aspect of your hosting environment. From ordering new servers to monitoring performance, handling billing, and accessing support, everything you need is accessible from a single, intuitive interface.
This guide walks you through each section of the dashboard so you can find what you need quickly and work efficiently.
Dashboard Overview
When you log in to Data Mammoth, you land on the Dashboard Home page. This is your at-a-glance summary of your entire hosting account. The home page displays:
- Active services — A quick count of your running servers, including VPS, GPU, and storage instances.
- Recent activity — A feed showing recent actions such as server provisioning, billing events, and support ticket updates.
- Resource usage — Summary metrics for your active servers, such as CPU utilization, memory usage, and bandwidth consumption.
- Quick actions — Prominent buttons for common tasks like ordering a new server, opening a support ticket, or viewing invoices.
The Sidebar Navigation
The left sidebar is your primary navigation tool. It organizes all dashboard features into logical sections that you can expand and collapse. Here is what each section contains:
Home
Click the Data Mammoth logo or the Home link at the top of the sidebar to return to the main dashboard view at any time.
Services
The Services section is where you manage your active hosting products. It includes:
- VPS Servers — View, configure, and manage all your virtual private servers.
- GPU Servers — Access your GPU server instances for AI, machine learning, and rendering workloads.
- Storage VPS — Manage your high-capacity storage instances.
- Dedicated Servers — View and manage any dedicated hardware you have provisioned.
Marketplace
The Marketplace section lets you browse and install applications directly onto your servers. Applications are organized by category — web hosting, development tools, databases, CMS platforms, and more. You can deploy pre-configured application stacks with just a few clicks.

Network
The Network section provides tools for managing your networking infrastructure:
- Cloud Firewall — Create and manage firewall rule sets that apply to your servers.
- Load Balancer — Configure load balancers to distribute traffic across multiple servers.
- IP Management — View and manage your assigned IP addresses.
Billing
The Billing section gives you full visibility into your financial account:
- Invoices — View, download, and pay invoices.
- Payment Methods — Add, update, or remove payment methods.
- Usage & Charges — Review current billing cycle charges and resource usage.
Support
The Support section connects you with help resources:
- Support Tickets — Open new tickets, view existing conversations, and track resolution progress.
- Knowledge Base — Access guides, tutorials, and troubleshooting articles.
Account Settings
At the bottom of the sidebar (or accessible from your profile icon in the top-right corner), Account Settings lets you manage:
- Profile information (name, email, company)
- Password and security settings
- Two-factor authentication
- Passkey management
- API keys
- Notification preferences
- Active sessions
Quick Actions
Throughout the dashboard, you will find quick action buttons designed to speed up your most common workflows:
- New Server — Launches the server ordering wizard. Available from the dashboard home page and the services section.
- Open Ticket — Opens a new support ticket form. Available from the dashboard home and the support section.
- View Console — Opens a web-based terminal console for any running server. Available on each server's detail page.
- Restart Server — Performs a graceful restart on a selected server.
- Create Snapshot — Takes an instant snapshot of a server's current state for backup or migration purposes.
Server Detail Pages
Clicking on any server from the Services list opens its detail page. This page is the control center for that specific server and includes:
- Overview tab — Server status, IP address (e.g.,
203.0.113.10), operating system, plan details, and uptime. - Monitoring tab — Real-time and historical graphs for CPU, memory, disk I/O, and network traffic.
- Console tab — A web-based terminal for direct command-line access to your server, without needing an SSH client.
- Snapshots tab — Create, view, and restore server snapshots.
- Settings tab — Rename the server, change the hostname, reinstall the OS, or configure rescue mode.
- Firewall tab — Assign and manage cloud firewall rules for this server.
- Add-ons tab — View and manage any add-ons attached to the server, such as additional storage or backup services.
Top Navigation Bar
The top bar of the dashboard includes:
- Search — A global search field that lets you quickly find servers, invoices, tickets, and settings by name or keyword.
- Notifications bell — Displays recent alerts and notifications, such as server status changes, billing reminders, and security events.
- Profile menu — Click your name or avatar to access account settings, switch between accounts (for resellers), or log out.
Customizing Your View
Data Mammoth allows you to customize aspects of your dashboard experience:
- Dark mode / Light mode — Toggle your preferred visual theme from the profile menu or account settings.
- Favorites — Mark frequently accessed servers or services as favorites for quick access from the dashboard home page.
- Compact view — Switch between detailed and compact list views in the services section, depending on how much information you want to see at a glance.
Keyboard Shortcuts
Power users can take advantage of keyboard shortcuts to navigate the dashboard faster. Common shortcuts include:
